One Earth Safaris has been operating for 20 years and is based at the Kanya coast resort town of Mombasa.

Centrally located for Eastern Africa we specialise in personalised safari arrangements for visitors who prefer more individual itineraries, and access to a network of specialised agents on the ground rather than mass market tours. One Earth safaris was founded by Ranjit Sondhi 20 years ago. He and his family has been involved in regional travel and tourism for 40 years. He is an active conservationist, scuba diver and adventure traveller. He is involved in the transformation of "ex-cattle ranchland" back to wild game reserves , Ethnobotanical and herbal medicine research and marine conservation programmes in Kenya with KWS ( Kenya wildlife Services) and Tanzania.

He initiated the original scuba sea safaris between Zanzibar, Pemba and Kenya, and has developed properties in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar.

He continues to travel extensively in eastern Africa and make his detailed advice available to our clients at One Earth Safaris.
